Deposit
A deposit is collected at the time of reservation:
One night stay: Full cost of reservation
Multiple night stay: 50% of total reservation
Multiple night stay: 50% of total reservation
Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before check in date for a full refund.
Within 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
Taxes/Fees
Sales Tax – 6%
Resort Fee – 3.5%
County Tax – 2%
Check In/Check Out Times
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Other Policies
- Children 12 and under stay free in parent*s room with existing bedding.
- Rollaway beds are available for a nightly charge of 15 USD.
- Cribs are available at no additional charge.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted.
