Meet The Staff

Our Team

Phil and Carol Fulbright

Front Desk Team

Born and raised on a cattle ranch in Eastern Montana. Later moving to the Western part of the state where I met my bride of 52 years now. We bought our first property where we raised sheep. I learned to shear sheep to help save on expenses. I worked a full-time job along with training horses on the side to help support our ranch. My bride was a stay at home mother of two and took care of the sheep and milking the cow along with doing the lambing while I was on the road shearing. We later sold our property and went shearing full time for our livelihood. In 1989 we took a summer job in Teton National Park as shearing was seasonal spring and fall. On the 15th of June 89 I had a job-related accident that thrust us into the Hospitality industry full time as I couldn’t continue to shear. We retired from Hotel management in 2011. I now work part-time for something to do. We recently purchased a 9-acre place south of Jackson where I plan on getting a couple of saddle mules for me and my bride to get away on some weekend trips in the hills. We are blessed with two children, 6 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Elden Doloroso

Group Rooms Coordinator

Growing up in Southern California allowed me the opportunity to spend much of my time outdoors. And as a youngster, I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in the Boy Scouts of America taking monthly camping excursions. When not on trips with family or with the troop, I was always outside on my skateboard, BMX bicycle, climbing, surfing, or playing volleyball at the beach. You could say that it was hard to keep me indoors at all. After serving in the United States Navy as a mechanical engineer stationed in Little Creek, VA, and deployed in the Caribbean and Mediterranean seas for much of that time, I returned to Los Angeles to study Economics at California State University in Long Beach. I worked in several fields from operations management at a major retailer, commercial banking, investment banking, and then merchandising project management in the packaging industry, I pursued self-employment as a wellness advisor. My studies as an advisor of health and wellness brought me to the conclusion that living as close to nature as possible is the best way for human beings to live. So my wife and I sold most our possessions, to find work in our National Parks. We spent our first summer in Glacier National Park serving as volunteers in Bear Management. Since the majority of the park is closed during the winter months, we had to find employment elsewhere until much of the wildlife comes out of hibernation again in the spring. We serendipitously found our way to Jackson Hole and have been more than excited to discover this wonderful area. I spend most of my days off hiking in the Tetons, snowboarding at the resort, shooting my recurve bow at the local outfitters, letting go of the day at the yoga studio, then ending the day either cooking from scratch at home or enjoying one of the many great eateries that the town has to offer.

Wen Fan

Front Desk Team

Grew up in China, I feel so blessed to find another home in this country called Jackson. Not into anything in cities, the mountains out there is everything I will ever need. My favorite part of the job is driving the shuttle over to the airport. Every single moment when I see the Tetons, I can feel the love that is growing in my heart to encourage me to be a better person day by day. I am amazed by everything that this area offers me and I will keep exploring with the love and passion that I have for this place.

I love good cuisine, photography, nature, and I love to meet people from different cultures. I look forward to enjoying the mountains and seeing Old Faithful for the first time.

Debbie Minnick

Front Desk Team

In 1995, I first received a glimpse of Jackson Hole in a postcard with The Chapel of the Transfiguration. I knew something with Jackson Hole then. I explored the west in 1999, traveling 500 miles a day for two weeks and drove through Jackson Hole. In 2001, I began a deeper relationship with Jackson Hole for 3 summer seasons and 2 winter seasons. Jackson Hole is a part of me and who I am, I return now, 20 years later, for a season to this land that I love and people familiar and new. Have you visited a six-part documentary "The National Parks: America's Best Idea"? I love nature protected and what it may do for us. I love the idea of helping you if you are feeling drawn this way.

Ryan

Front Desk Team

Originally from Maryland, I am in my third year at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where I major in Operations and Supply Chain Management. I got the opportunity to come to Jackson for this winter season and couldn't say no. I enjoy good food, listening to music, watching the Ravens, and most of all, skiing!

Kirstin

Front Desk Team

Originally from Indiana, I first came to Jackson Hole in May 2022 on what was supposed to be a short-term road trip out west. After leaving to finish my trip, all I wanted to do was come back as I had fallen in love with the town and the Tetons, so that’s exactly what I did! Since moving here I have found a job that I love, a second family, and a place that feels like home. I’m currently in my senior year at Indiana University and will graduate in May with a degree in Biology and I can’t wait for what is to come when I finish school. I’m an adrenaline junkie at heart and love going on every adventure I can, no matter how big or small. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been living and working here and I’m excited to be able to keep exploring this beautiful place.

Anthony

Front Desk Team

My Name is Anthony Castro, this is my 3rd winter in Jackson. I drove here from sunny Orlando FL where I was raised for about 20years and I was born in Chicago IL. In 2019 Jackson hole stole my heart from the beautiful Tetons to the amazing wild life that you see on a daily basis. I’ve done a lot of traveling the past couple of years like Alaska & Georgia etc. I plan on settling down either here in Jackson or in Chicago but until then I will continue enjoying my endeavors.

Price

Front Desk Team

I grew up in the foothills of the Appalachians, enjoying the mountains, rivers and lakes of the Tennessee River Valley of Alabama. My love of the outdoors brought me west, I have traveled and lived in much of the US, and Jackson is the most beautiful place that I have ever lived. In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking or picking a guitar.

Jesus

Front Desk Team

I was born & raised in Atlanta but I'm calling Jackson home for the Winter. I enjoy doing things that get my heart racing which is why I fell in love with whitewater rafting. I plan on traveling around the world to find the best rivers mother nature has to offer and I look forward to sharing my experience with the new people I meet along the way. When I'm not at work (which is awesome) I'm in my room practicing how to DJ. My mentality is "I have one life, so let me do as much as possible." Can't wait to sharpen my snowboarding skills this Winter on the best mountain in America! Before all of that, let me check you in first!

Sydney

Front Desk Team

Hi I'm Sydney! I hail from the coast of Maine. I spend my time enjoying the mountains and water. I like dogs and chopping wood. I enjoy the people and wildlife I meet and am excited about sharing my future adventures here with you!

Ed Krajsky

General Manager

I moved to the Jackson area in 1978 from Florida for a summer job and never left. I have worked for years inside both Yellowstone and Teton National Parks and I can give you a lot of ideas on nice hikes. My wife and I love Jackson Hole and the surrounding areas. And now that our son is in college and we are not driving all over the west for hockey games, we have more time to explore again. I love to sea kayak, hike, bike ride and climb when I get the chance to do it.

Adena Chernosky

Operations Manager

I began working for Tim & Diana Waycott in 2002 as a front desk agent at what was then known as the Trapper Inn. As the company grew, I took on more responsibility, and am now the Operations Manager. Originally from Pennsylvania, I learned to snowboard at Stratton, Vermont before moving “out west” to conquer bigger mountains. I spent two years in Bend, Oregon, but during a visit to Jackson Hole I knew she had found a home and relocated immediately. When I’m not working at The Lexington, I’m snowboarding, reporting the snow conditions for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, blogging, playing Magic: The Gathering, podcasting, or wakeboarding. It’s a busy life, but someone has to live it!

John Sherwood

Maintenance Supervisor

I moved to Jackson in January of 2008 to attend an Avalanche Safety course as a requirement for a position as Guide at Mount Rainier. I am a U.S. Army Veteran of 14 years. I have two teenage daughters and attended The University of Kentucky’s Business Information Systems program at Hopkinsville Community College. I am also an alumnus of the NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute. When I moved here I quickly found myself so at home with the total outdoor lifestyle in Teton Valley that I stayed! From training/competing in Ironman distance Triathlon to Climbing, Skiing, Hunting and Scuba Diving; Jackson has it all. You’ll surely meet me during your visit as I am always out and about. Please allow me to help you make the most of your stay by sharing my knowledge of the area’s activities. I look forward to meeting you.
