Guests will arrive in Jackson for a night’s stay at the Lexington at Jackson Hole and enjoy luxury accommodations in the heart of downtown Jackson.
The following day, guests will depart into the grizzly and wolf territory of Yellowstone National Park. Accompanied by a Wildlife Expeditions biologist, adventurers will observe all kinds of wildlife in one of the last remaining complete ecosystems in the world. Elk bugling is at its peak during the fall as large bull elk round up and guard their harems. Bears are stocking up on food for their long winter naps, and wolves are hunting in the Lamar and Hayden Valleys due to the large concentrations of elk. Participants travel to the best sites for viewing elk, bears and wolves and enjoy the magnificent autumn colors of Yellowstone. In addition, the two-day trip may include stops at Old Faithful, the colorful Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and the terraces of Mammoth Hot Springs. Make reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
